Welcome! This page outlines the necessary documents to begin your application process with Sanjam Management LLC. To ensure a seamless application, please have the following documents ready. This will help expedite the process and allow us to serve you efficiently.

Adult Passport Renewal 

Up to 20 Business Days Processing

 

To qualify, you must be an adult applicant renewing a previous adult passport:

 

  • Expired after September 2011
  • Not applying for a name change
  • Passport must be expired or will expire within a year
  • Passport must NOT be damaged, lost, or stolen

1 digital passport-size photo (instructions are provided after payment is made)

Regular Adult & Minor Passport Renewal

3+ Months Processing

This category is for individuals who are:

  •  Renewing a minor's passport
  • Transitioning from a minor to an adult
  •  Doing a name change application

 

 

Kindly email us a clear photograph of the following documents, or upload here:

 

  • Current passport 
  • Birth Certificate 
  • Two identical passport photographs
  • Marriage Certificate, Deed Poll, Divorce Decree, Court Order (if doing a name change)
  • Identification (passport, driver's licence, or other state-issued ID) 
  • Parent(s) identification is required for minors.

 

All original documents must be submitted and will remain in the custody of the Jamaican Consulate or Embassy for the full duration of the processing period.

Jamaican Driver's Licence Renewal

3-4 Weeks


We only assist with the renewal of authentic Jamaican driver’s licences issued by the Jamaican Traffic Authority and Tax Office. If your licence is not a legitimate, government-issued document, please do not apply, as we cannot process or support any non-authentic or altered documents.

  • Front and back photo of your expired Jamaican Driver's Licence
  • Copy of a valid photo ID (preferably passport)
  • Photo of Jamaican Birth Certificate
  • 1 passport-sized photo

 

The original driver's licence must be submitted and will remain in the custody of the Tax Office in Jamaica for the full duration of the processing period.
